The UCLA chapter of the Institute of Transportation Engineers is holding an infosession with Metro (Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority). They've invited us to attend as well.

Doug Failing from METRO will be speaking! He is the executive director of highway programs and has a lot of experience in transportation planning and engineering, as well as many interesting stories to share. Previously, he worked at CalTrans as CalTrans's District 7 Director.
